Return FAQ

Return Policy

  • Full priced / Original priced items can be returned for a refund or exchanged within 14 days of the shipped/fulfilled date. 
  • Sale items are Final Sale and are not eligible to be returned or exchanged. 
  • We do not offer free returns. A shipping fee will be deducted from the total amount. 
  • All items must be unworn with tags attached to be accepted for return or exchange.  
  • We reserve the right to refuse or deny any return that shows signs of wear.

Exchanges

  • We offer 1 Free Exchange per paid Order
  • If you choose to exchange for something new you may have to pay the remaining cost  

Promo Codes

  • Discount codes can be used toward any original or full priced item and returned. 
  • If the code is applied to a Final Sale or Sale item, it will not be eligible for return.  

Price Adjustments 

  • We offer price adjustments within a 14 day time period from when the order is placed 
  • We do not offer price adjustments for items that are purchased at a sale or marked down price 

International Returns?

International Exchanges?

  • We are not able to process International Exchanges. Please make a normal return and place a new order for the item you want instead.

Damaged Item

  • If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately by email: customercare@shopredone.com

Free Repairs 

  • If your RE/DONE Levi's Jean rips or tears please email > customercare@shopredone.com with flat images and a detailed description of what you would like repaired. 
  • We will happily replace Tees or Re/done Levi's within one year of purchase should the item be damaged beyond repair.
