Holiday Return Policy
- November 23 through December 25 - Orders can be returned until January 15
- Orders placed prior to November 23 are eligible to be returned within 14 days of the Shipped Date
- Price Adjustments may be requested to any full price item that has been placed on promotion within 14 days of the purchase date
- Marked-down products or products listed as "Final Sale" cannot be returned
- Products that are purchased at a marked-down price are not eligible for further price adjustments
- A shipping fee will be deducted from the total amount of all Returns
- All item(s) must be unworn with tags attached to be accepted for return or exchange
- We reserve the right to refuse or deny any return that shows signs of wear
- We offer 1 Free Exchange per paid Order
- If you choose to exchange for something new you may have to pay the remaining cost
- Discount codes can be used toward any original or full priced item and returned
- Marked-down products are not eligible for further reduction
- If the code is applied to a Final Sale or Sale item, it will not be eligible for return.
- We offer price adjustments within a 14 day time period from when the order is placed
- We do not offer price adjustments for items that are purchased at a sale or marked down price

- We are not able to process International Exchanges. Please make a normal return and place a new order for the item you want instead.
- If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately by email: email@example.com
- If your RE/DONE Levi's Jean rips or tears please email > firstname.lastname@example.org with flat images and a detailed description of what you would like repaired.
- We will happily replace Tees or Re/done Levi's within one year of purchase should the item be damaged beyond repair.
